Joshua Holden

Joshua and Rene have been married since 1999. They have four children, a 14-year-old, twins at 16 years old, and an 18-year-old. They have attended Westside since 2019. He has served as the Chair of the Finance Committee since the launch of Westside as an independent church in 2022.
Joshua grew up in Bloomington in a Christian household and asked Jesus into his heart when he was six to eight years old. He re-dedicated his life to Christ at ten years old when he was more mature in his understanding. In 1990, Joshua began attending Sherwood Oaks Christian Church primarily for the Youth Group which was led by John Robertson. Beginning in 1993, he attended Calvin College in Grand Rapids where his personal spiritual journey continued in growth and understanding.
Joshua has been a financial advisor in Bloomington since 1997 at Holden Wealth Management where he serves as President. His father, Jon Holden, started the business in 1967.
Joshua loves to fish and enjoys being involved in his children’s various activities.
